Fruit tasting
We are reading Handa’s Surprise at the moment. In the story, Handa brings seven delicious fruits to her friend Akeyo; pineapple, mango, orange, guava, banana, passion fruit and avocado. Ask us about the surprise! We examined the fruit and then tasted it all. The class’ favourite fruit was orange.
Communion Day
Saturday 10th May – almost there now !

Look at our new garden !
We are very lucky in room 9 to now have the best view in the school. Ms. Lenihan has been very busy creating a special garden for us to enjoy. We also have our part to play. It is very important that we respect the beautiful flowers by not interfering with them as they grow stronger and stronger. The garden isn’t totally finished yet so watch this space!
We love our new tablets
We spent an hour today trying out the new school tablets and we loved them. We completed phonics and shape activities and had lots of fun.
Baby Chicks
We had some spring visitors before the Easter break. They were super cute.
